Refunds Policy: Body Luxxe will not be able to accommodate product returns. Personal hygiene products are final sale. If your order is damanged in transit, please reach out to our Customer Support division at  info@bodyluxxe.net

Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping on orders above 40 dollars! All products will be shipped in the most economical medium to accommodate the size and distance travelled of your order. Either UPS or the USPS will deliver your item in 2-3 business days. Processing your order occurs in 1-4 business days.

Please be aware that there may occasionally be shipping  delays  that are outside of our control. Carrier delays may impact the speediness of receiving your order. In those situations, the carrier will provide guidance using the tracking information provided to you from your order.
